Quarter One Check-in

Who else is having a hard time believing that March is almost over. We have about ten more days of the first quarter of the year. As we close out this first quarter, it's a natural moment to pause and step back from the day-to-day and look at the bigger picture of your life draft.

Not with pressure.

Not with judgment.

Just with curiosity.

Because it's not about getting it perfect, it’s about staying intentional.

Three months in, it’s worth asking:

  • Are the goals I set still aligned with my values?

  • Does my current pace support the life I actually want?

  • Am I moving toward my vision . . . or just staying busy?

  • What’s working that I want to keep?

  • What feels forced, heavy, or misaligned?

OR. . . have you hit a major plot twist? Do you need to rewrite?

At the start of the year, we spent time walking through this exact process—zooming out before zooming back in. We looked at:

  • Life buckets and where energy is actually going

  • Values as the compass (not just goals as the destination)

  • Vision casting with flexibility built in

  • Goals, habits, systems

Maybe your vision is still right, but your timeline needs adjusting. Maybe your goals are good, but your habits need support. Maybe your values are clear, but your calendar doesn’t reflect them yet.

This is the moment to refocus.

Think of this as your Quarter One Edit.

Not a rewrite. Not a failure.

Just a thoughtful revision from someone who now has more information than they did in January.

Journal Prompts:

  • What felt most aligned in the first three months of the year?

  • Where did I feel energized, motivated, or clear?

  • What felt heavy, forced, or out of sync with my values?

  • What needs refining, not replacing?

  • Where can I simplify?

  • What did I learn about myself this quarter?

  • If I were drafting this quarter again, what would I change?

  • What is one small pivot that would create more alignment?

Affirmations:

  • I am allowed to revise my goals as I grow.

  • Alignment matters more than speed.

  • I trust myself to adjust my path when needed.

  • Small edits create meaningful change.
