Draft Clarity Intensive is a guided clarity process that pairs the YouScience Aptitude & Career Assessment with coaching to help teens and young adults understand how they’re wired—and what that means for their next steps.
On its own, an aptitude assessment often gets reduced to job titles that feel random or limiting. The real value is in the patterns beneath the surface.
Through coaching, we use YouScience insights to explore:

If college is a necessary step in your student’s career plan after high school, we partner with you through every stage of the admissions process—from early exploration to final decisions.
Our support includes aptitude and career assessment, resume development, college list building, application strategy, essay management, and guidance around financial considerations. We also use an admissions management platform to keep everything organized, clear, and moving forward.
If college is not part of the plan, we offer the same level of care and strategy to help students map a meaningful path forward. This may include technical education, apprenticeships, career readiness, or alternative training routes—always grounded in the student’s strengths, interests, and long-term goals.
