Meditation can feel a bit intimidating when you first start. It feels weird. Unnatural. Uncomfortable. You might feel silly. And all of those thoughts are floating through your mind at a rapid pace, interrupting what you intend to be peaceful moments. I get it. I’ve been there countless times.
