Welcome to

Guided Revision

The conversation you keep having

You know the one. Coffee, wine, a long walk with your best friend. You tell her about the job that drains you, the house that never feels calm, the life that somehow got decided while you were busy taking care of everyone else.

She nods. She gets it. She tells you hers.

And then you both go home and nothing changes.

Venting feels good for about an hour. But you're not looking for another hour of relief. You're looking for a different story.

Your life isn't finished. It's a draft.

Here's what I believe after years of walking people through life's different chapters: there is no final copy. Your life is a manuscript in progress, and you're allowed to revise it.

Not tear it up. Not start over at page one. Revise.

That means you can quiet the chaos without needing a perfect plan first. You can let go of the "shoulds" you inherited from your mother, your church, your group chat, or Instagram.

You can stop measuring your chapter three against someone else's chapter twenty, and move on your own timeline instead of the one you were told you'd be on by now.

There are no rules here. There's just your next draft.

Some chapters are too big to revise alone.

An empty house. A career that no longer fits. A marriage that's changed, a body that's changed, or a quiet sense that this can't be all there is.

These aren't small edits.

They deserve real time, real attention, and someone in your corner who knows how to help you through the messy middle.

That's what Guided Revision is for.

Together, we'll take a close look at the transition you're in, name what's no longer working, and shape real, livable changes that fit your life rather than someone else's idea of it.

You don't need a plan to begin, only a willingness to pick up the pencil. You bring the story. I'll bring the red pencil, gently.

How we'll work: the Life Drafting approach

Every change you ever make moves through four stages.

In Guided Revision, we work through them together, at your pace, as your life keeps unfolding.

The Discarded Draft. Naming what's no longer working, without guilt.

The Sloppy Copy. Living in the "not yet," the messy middle where things are shifting but not settled. (This is where most people give up. It's also where the good stuff happens.)

The Edit. Revision, not perfection. Small, intentional changes you can actually sustain.

The Next Draft. Stepping into what's next, knowing it's never final.

This is for you if . . .

You're a woman in the middle of something, and you're tired of talking about it. You want more than encouragement. You want dedicated time, a thoughtful guide, and a process that helps you actually move, even if you don't yet know where you're headed.

This isn't for you if . . .

You're looking for someone to hand you a five-step plan and a deadline. I won't tell you who to be. I'll help you figure out who you're becoming.

Meet Candice

I'm a former school counselor, a nationally certified counselor, and an English major at heart. I've spent my career helping people through the hardest turning points in their lives, and I've lived through a few of my own at the same time. What I've learned is that the women who change their lives aren't the ones with the clearest plan. They're the ones willing to keep revising.

That's what Life Drafting is. And it's what I'd love to help you do.
